ABSTRACT

Objective] To analyze the clinical experience of associate professor Huang Lixing in the treatment of cough in children.[Method] By following teacher Huang Lixing clinical studies,organizing the relevant case data,to summarize the academic thoughts and clinical experience of professor Huang in treating infantile cough,and for proven cases. [Results] Associate professor of Huang Lixing believes that the children of delicate organs,coupled with parents nursing or treating improper,vulnerable to the formation of phlegm damp retention in the lung,complex sense of cold cough syndrome.The treatment is to eliminate the cold outside and remove the phlegm dampness.The evidence is based on treatment mechanism and flexible use of medicine,it has achieved good results. [Conclusion] According to the special characteristics of children's diseases,Huang dialectically uses the treatment of Xingsu San,and expands its application range.It is worth the majority of doctors for reference.

ABSTRACT

Objective To determine the effect of lipoxins (LX) A4 and its agonist (BML-111) on the survival of RAW264.7 macrophage cells and TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway. Methods RAW264.7 cells were treated with different concentrations of LPS, then the effect of LX A4 and BML-111 on the survival rate of these cells was observed. Cytotoxicity were detected by CCK-8 method and RT-PCR was used to detect the TLR4 and TRAF6 mRNA. The protein levels of TLR4 and pNF-κB p65 in RAW264.7 were determined by Western Blot. Results The survival rates of macrophage treated with LPS for 6 h in 1 000 ng/mL LPS in LX A4 group and BML-111 group were significantly higher than that in control group (P 0.05). Conclusion LX A4 and BML-111 could inhibit the cytotoxicity of LPS on the RAW264.7 macrophage cells through the inhibition of the activation of TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway, then reduce the inflammation. And this stable BML-111 may appear as another promising treatment for IBD disease.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the methed of designing the surgical nursing electronic medical records and investigate the effect of application.Method According the nursing record form by Guangdong Provincial Clinical Nursing Writing Criterion (Specialty Version),we designed and completed the surgical nursing electronic medical records form.Result After implementation of the nursing electronic medical records,the mean time of measuring and inputting the patients’vital signs was(1.0±0.3)min and the mean time of finishing the nursing electronic medical records was 4.0±0.5 min.Conclusion Standardizing the form and content of nursing electronic medical records can improve the efficiency of routine work and the quality of nursing records.

ABSTRACT

Three problems of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, TBSD are discussed here. Firstly, in allusion to the diversity of the concept of TBSD, the due medical concept of it are discussed and analyzed. Hence, the actual difference and sameness, the due relationship as well as the principle of management between syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation are fully compared. Finally, the concrete operation procedure of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation are expounded. The author detailedly introduced particular cognition to standardized operation of TBSD attained from Yao Hesheng, a famous physician in Jiangxi Province.

ABSTRACT

In view of the contradictory phenomenon between yingfen dominating the interior when suffering exogenous epidemic febrile disease and ying disease dominating the exterior in cold pathogenic diseases,attemping to get the logical demonstration that cold pathogenic diseases and exogenous epidemic febrile diseases can be integrated by yingfen diseases,the authors made a systematic classification and comparison on basis of the collection of related diagnosis and treatment in respective yingfen diseases of cold pathogenic diseases and exogenous epidemic febrile disease. It was of vital importance to connecting cold pathogenic diseases with exogenous epidemic febrile diseases in classification of diagnosis and treatment in wei,qi,ying,blood system.

ABSTRACT

In view of the contradictory phenomenon between yingfen dominating the interior when suffering exogenous epidemic febrile disease and ying disease dominating the exterior in cold pathogenic diseases,the authors revealed the misunderstanding of yingfen dominating the interior in epidemic febrile disease by a systematical analysis on the headstream of the theory,the connotation for diagnosis and treatment and logical relation. Based on the requirement of the theory guiding the clinical effectively,at the same time,the authors put forward a new opinion on classification of diagnosis and treatment on wei,qi,ying,blood system by the theory of the cold integrating the warm,which was a courageous exploration for the purpose of seeking unity of thinking on syndrome differentiation and treatment of external infection diseases.
